 StableCrete penetrates deep into the concrete Gel-Pore/Capillary system. It Reacts with alkali found in all Portland Cement based products to form a solid inside the matrix, Waterproofing any concrete from the inside and leaving no film formed on the surface.
 A waterproofed concrete has a low internal moisture, a high electrical resistance [Ohms] to decrease fromation of corrosion cells on reinforcing steel [ReBar]. This dry interior also keeps a high pH surrounding the steel to maintain the passivating layer on the steel to prevent corrosion.
 The waterproofed surface does not allow a concrete internal chemistry to migrate out to the surface to cause Efflorescence or ASR when these chemicals come in contact with the afmosphere. This Stabilized Concrete surface does not experience alkali burn or peeling of a paint or coating. All coatings obtain superior adhesion on concretes and stucco substrates and are waterproofed to carry a *5 year warranty for waterproofing.
